Accessibility statement
LuduSpot wants everyone to be able to use this shop independently, including people with disabilities. We aim to meet the e-commerce accessibility requirements of the European Accessibility Act and follow the WCAG 2.1 level AA guidelines.
What we do
- The platform is fully keyboard operable and uses meaningful headings, labels and landmark structures.
- Colour contrast, focus styling and text alternatives for images are a fixed part of the design system.
- Every release runs automated accessibility tests (axe) in the delivery pipeline, complemented by manual checks.
Known limitations
Third party components, such as embedded review widgets and video players, may have a different accessibility level. We only load these after a deliberate click and an accessible alternative is always available.
